Tried my hand at some Thai summer rolls today. They weren't as pretty as the pictures I referenced but I'm glad I tried none the less. Turns out, I don't like arugula sprouts, or fresh dill, or fresh basil, or red peppers, or yellow peppers, or hoisen sauce... 😅 I've never been a picky eater and Ive always loved veg, so I'm a little shocked that the recipes I tried had so many things, I didn't know, I didn't like LOL. ANYWAYS, I didn't quit! Round two I tried again and added only vegetables I knew I liked. Spinach, red and spring onion, carrot, zucchini, and broccoli, and I dipped it in melted peanut butter. #nailedit. Spam me with your spring roll ingredients please!!
