Goals this week....

I would like to be 169 by Saturday. That is a 2lb goal.
Still no eating after 7:30pm. It gets easier the more I do it, still hardest goal ever!!!
Walk one 4 mile. Do at least one yoga session and one Gilad session. Also make sure to do weights at least 2x this week.


So thats it. This week is crazy hectic. Tonight I have an Usbourne book show. I am excited about it but my kids are not cooperating and I can not get anything done today. Then Saturday is my 2nd childs birthday party. We have chickens and rabbits so I am going to let them out for the kids to play with. I am going to have a small pool, sprinkler, and slip n slide. We have our bouncy house and trampoline and swing set. We will be having a cook out fruit, lemonade and make you own cupcakes. Not for me, lol. I hope the weather is nice and she gets a great crowd. This is kinda last minute. I have been so busy. Anyways.

I am bound and determined to get to my goal weight this week. I wont do anything crazy to get to it but I sure hope this is my week.
