I think the sickness is finally leaving my body! Along with a little weight!
Today I plan to wear my FitBit. I stopped wearing it when I started work 7 months ago, because we can't have any devices like that at the office. I'm going to train myself to take it off in the car, then put it back in after work.
I also know I'm going to eat Chick-fil-A for lunch. Making the plan in advance allows me to make smarter decisions the rest of the day.
