Day 126: FINALLY hit the 40 pound lost mark making my total loss 40.6 pounds! Feeling pretty good. Just needed to get back on track and I have done that. Upped my running so now I am doing about 4 miles 3-4 times a week, which is also helping with my calorie deficit. Next mini goal is to reach my goal weight of 150! Never thought I would be this close.
