Hi, My starting weight is 210 lbs. I actually have quite a ways to go but decided to set my weight lost goals at 10lb challenges. I was encouraged by what you posted. Keep up the great work!

Way to go Jimbo, I personally enjoy crossing training more than anything else you have to mix it up so you dont get bored.
