worked out for the first time after covid. aimed for 1.5 hours of exercise on less than 2 hours of sleep. what was i thinking? 🤷♀️ only lasted for an hour when i started to feel cold and dizzy so i had to stop. getting back on the saddle isn’t easy. 😩

Received a pirated copy of insanity. Hadn't worked out for 10 years at that time. I tried to keep up with the well conditioned athletes in tv. Heart rate hit 200. Almost blacked out. Thought I would die. Wife laughed her head off. Thanks hon I'm dying and you think it's funny.

@Hebrewz, oh my that’s crazy, but yea funny now 😆 those exercise program boxes sets and their infomercials always get us with their athletic ripped instructors and “students” and the testimonies and promise that got us all hyped up! thank goodness for technology and youtube, now we can pick and choose exercise videos that suit us and see people who we can relate to doing modifications of the workout moves.
