I went to doctor yesterday and all went well! He was very excited with my weight loss over the past month! I also got some very "exciting" news! Even though he does not like the BMI charts (feels they truly are not an accurate representation of everyone's ideal weight since no factors are considered other than height and weight) he has to use them for his records, etc. Anyhow with my weight loss for the month I have moved from the category "morbid obese" to just "obese"! I dislike that word, but it is just a "word" and in no way represents who I am! So I am just going to be excited to be moving in the right direction! :). He told me he knows the day will come soon when he can change me to the category "overweight"! I know it may seem crazy to some, but this feels like success should! I am inspired and enthuastic to keep this change of lifestyle into a healthier me! I know this is the way I should live and making good choices is a big part of it. Each day is one more step in making the changes necessary to be healthier! I CAN and WILL do it! Thanks all of you on Fatsecret to be here and help guide and inspire me! Hope I can do the same for you! I am here for the long run and am willing help in the smooth or rough times!

Thats Awesome and dont worry about the BMI charts worry how good you feel how your clothes fit or dont fit, I looked at BMI for me to be so called normal I need to be about 180 and I am a big guy and know that isnt happening for me. So just keep up your hard woek and you'll be fine
