Slow but steady. Even though I am on those days of the month and craved chocolate ice cream like crazy for the past 3 days. Extended my workouts a little bit though. We had kinda bad weather this week and also daylight is shorter now so it is kinda hard to try to get a good bike ride after work due to darkness. So I started using my indoor trainer and will try to do long bike rides on Saturdays and Sunday mornings until I can take the cold temps. Been eating lots of veggies (stir Fry style) with chicken or other kind of meat for lunch or dinner and 2 or 3 protein shake drinks during the day aside for some little healthy snacks in between here and there.
