lost 10 lbs since september 25th, im so happy!
almost 1 month and 10 lbs down.... whoohoo, i feel great! WAs able to fit into a nice winter coat at the new guess outlet, wow... what a great reward! Not food!!!!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
