Oh good god... My diary for today is very very inaccurate^^ I didn't know which cake to choose because I didn't find a protein pb and banana cake for obvious reasons.... Yes I lived of cake today but the calories are very likely too many because I chose the fattiest data I could find, just to be sure :D
1000 calorie deficit challenge starts tomorrow.
(Edit: I joined the challenge without really thinking.... holy shit if I don't exercise that means 700 cals a day which is super unhealthy. I'm just gonna go with iifym with a 1600 calorie limit because everything under 1300 calories makes as much sense as repeatedly punching yourself in the face^^)
