Exercise Diary
Wed 13/4/11 50 mins - Spin class
Thurs 14/4/11 10 mins - boxing and crunches 10 mins - spin bike 10 mins - cross trainer 60 mins - yoga class
I put on 600 grams between Wed and Thurs morning (i know i shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but i do). So that was frustrating, especially after a personal training session and 4 times at the gym already by Thursday. Fingers crossed it's dropped off again by Monday weigh in.
I need to cut my salt down in my diet... So hard to do, but I'll keep on chipping away.
