I did eat WAY more than the 300+ calories indicated in my food diary. There were also the two BBQ Pork Buns from the little Chinese bakery across the street from my work and the delicious, yet humungous, whole wheat veggie burrito from the *gourmet* Mexican joint down the street.
When your tummy is rumbling...it says "Gimme a Burrito!" And you say, "Okay...will you just shut up?!?" And then you eat delicious whole wheat tortilla, stuffed with cilantro and lime rice, spicy black beans, roasted corn, guacamole, low-fat sour cream, a little jalapeno and tomato,with just a little bit of shredded mozzarella. Then you and your tummy are filled with happy. And you know that it was worth it...and you'd better ride hard and long to burn it off...
