I feel like I'm doing pretty good, I am proud of the self-control I've been able to exert. I've also been managing to get to the gym at least 3 days a week for a couple of weeks now. Weight has stalled out this week, but it's that time of the month and I haven't gained anything this week so that's something. Overall I seem to be losing a couple pounds a week, which is the healthy way to go, but it seems as if it will take forever at this rate. Less likely to put it back on though. I'm back to enjoying the gym and feeling energized all day afterward so that is rewarding in and of itself. I took measurements last Sunday and I'm hoping with the exercise added to the diet changes I will really start to see it in inches. I've only managed to lose 25lbs since Jan 2, but I can really see a difference. I had to go down a size on my pants cause the others were falling off, so that is really exciting and the smaller ones are starting to get a little loose, yay!!! I realized on Monday that I have broken the 50lb mark. I have less than 50lbs left to lose to meet my untimate goal. I still have a long ways to go, but that means I'm 1/3 there I just have to keep plugging along making the right choices. This website has been incredibly helpful by letting me see others that are going through the same thing I am and are making the same lifestyle changes, it increases my confidence in the fact that I can and will do this, once and for all.
