I do eat a lot of sugar, mostly in the form of fruit, pb, and coffee creamer. I normally feel fine after, I'm fortunate enough to process it well. So I thought a leftover cake donut with icing would be fine for breakfast since I need to clear the freezer.. nope. My stomach is not pleased 😂 Apparently I DO have a sugar limit!
