Yea! Into the 140's now. Son & DIL finished attic insulation today. Overcast, breezy and in the 40's AM and rain moved in later in the day. Starting to bag clothes for donation next Friday and organized the "closet room". Took a short nap after dinner and did elliptical late. Seems to be the best time with no interruptions. Went easier this evening around 40 to 42 RPM's and stayed on to 300 calories, 38+ minutes and 1513 steps.
