I started a Fat Loss Programme on the 11th of September. I begun taking my health and eating seriously after I fell ill and suffered a mild heart attack. After speaking with my doctor and nutritionist, I knew I had to do something to change my lifestyle. I started the programme at 133.5 Kgs. So far I have lost 7 kilos and accumutavely 150 inches all through my body since September. I started this journey with my hips being 67 inches and this week my hips are down to 59 inches. I feel lighter and better.
