Fri 15/4/11 45 mins - Sculpt Class 30 mins - cardio (cross trainer, spin bike) I got to the gym half an hour early for my class, so had to kill some time doing something
Sat 16/4/11 4.5 hours working on my feet including cleaning and scrubbing floors, no formal exercise
Sun 17/4/11 60 mins - RPM class - turned up early and got stuck in before the class started for 15 mins
Mon 18/4/11 45 mins - walking to and from work plus an extra detour for a bit of extra exercise 45 mins - walking (pickup up from child care) 4 hours - working on my feet can't get to the gym today, no car and school holidays, no kindy
