I hope I can continue to lose,because for the last couple months I've been yo-yoing between 158 and 154. Perhaps now I can get unstuck and keep motivated!!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
