OMW!! My journey was briefly disturbed by a 4-day training which was not only held off-site, but from Thursday until Tuesday. 😢
Morning Teas, Desserts during Lunch and Afternoon Teas were my weakness.🤦 At least in the evenings all I was interested in was a cuppa tea 🍵😀 As a result, I didn't log in nor track my food. 😢🤦
Otherwise Wednesday things normalised and I returned to doing the right thing by baking Low Carb Bread 🍞😋

The journey continues.... 💕💖💝
