This time for real, right?

I struggle so much with food addiction and over eating, but it is time to take responsibility and DO SOMETHING! I know I have it in me to succeed. I’m just fed up with constantly not feeling right in my clothes and being self conscious about my appearance.

This is the heaviest I’ve ever been and if I don’t DO SOMETHING there’s no reason to think that tomorrow won’t be even worse.

I’m committing to weighing/measuring food, exercising daily, and saying NO to snack foods. Thanks for your support everyone!! ❤️
