Yesterday went good! I need to really amp up my meal prep though. Ate paleo all day except for dinner and a snack so I am very proud about that. I'm starting with only eating one non-paleo meal and a snack a day and by January I want to be full paleo. Got a new 1RM for push press, went up 15 pounds to 105#. I have CrossFit tonight and I am very excited because I can finally get up to a hand stand without any help so it'll be fun to show them I can do that FINALLY haha.
