Feeling really good about day #2. I was down a pound this morning (total water weight, I’m sure), went on a challenging 4.5 mile run, and did a really good job tracking my food intake, no snacking, and staying below my calorie goal! I will admit that I didn’t always eat the healthiest option (creamy pasta 🙄), but I am proud that I measured a serving and didn’t have seconds (or thirds, which is totally what I would have done just two days ago).

I’m home alone all day tomorrow (hoping that makes it easier to stick with my plan) and most of Sunday - plenty of time to exercise and make progress!! ❤️
