羊肉爐八成是體重上升的元兇!過年收到三盒湯,昨晚才吃第一盒,還有佛跳牆和烏骨糯米雞.....希望能儘快解決!
中午:一大份糖霜奶油乳酪肉桂捲,(超甜,超肥)+大蒜麵包
今天午餐完全是破罐子破摔!
下星期大學開學了(灑花),希望我也能恢復正常做186,這樣零食應該可以少吃一點!
也想設個新目標:水腫時體重不超過48!
