Not doing well again, although this time I feel I can say that I don't 100% blame myself.

I've been going hanging out a lot with uni friends and we've been eating out so that's been a problem.

I don't know what to say at this point, I feel like I just need results and I'm feeling more and more desperate to get them.

I think I'll try to eat very little per day for a week or so to get myself back on track.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am guessing u r at uni? always hard given the social pressure, I went through also. 1st year I was a party animal, 2nd year not so much. 3rd year I was total recluse...bored of everything and the impact it was having on my body and health, so I made a start to change it all, I certainly did not win any popularity contest at that point I just realised my "friends" (now I don't know any of them anymore) their goals were not in line with mine. I could give u cardio programs, to have something to attack. truth is cal control and honest consistent performance driven activity will get u to where u want to go, of that I can assure you. keep at it. don't give up.....u just need to find that next level :)

Hi ketotlc, thanks for the support! Yes I'm at uni, and it's my second year but it feels like my first since all of my first one was online so I think I'm at the party animal/eating out a lot stage you're talking about. Calorie control worked really well for me this past summer but I lost control when uni started again. I'm going to try to control my calories again and I'm hoping I'll be able to show some results for it soon
