Ubi kukus 100gr,tepung oat 50gr,fiber creme 10gr,telur 1 butir,diabetamil 2 sachet,boleh ditambah susu segar boleh jg di skip....,campur semua ditambah air sampai ga terlalu kental....lalu cetak di atas teflon boleh dioles margarine ataupun skip....ini yg sy bikin 35 kalori 1 pcs nya
