I’ve made it through 5 days now- hoping the shock to my system is behind me. Below calories, lifted weights, and even survived eating out (steak salad, no dressing, no blue cheese crumbles)😇. Tomorrow starts the work week for me and I’m hoping a little routine can get me to the finish line. 🤞🏻
