Today was a shit day. At least I know for sure that I don't emotionally binge eat anymore.
Had to have some food at work because I was all fuzzy and light headed and decided for the second most healthy and second most cheap alternative to work-pizza. A Subway veggie delight resembling sandwich without the cheese.
Not a low calorie day but I guess I did okay....
I'm glad/sad I didn't have a filled chocolate muffin ^^
