I forgot that coffee makes me hungry and I was out of veggies or fruits to munch on. So, I dug through my freezer to see if I could find ANYTHING to chew on, take the edge off my hunger until pre-yoga "dinner" at 4:30.

I forgot I had unsweetened frozen blueberries. I love the taste of frozen blueberries. They're also low in calories, full of antioxidants, and since they're cold, it takes forever for me to eat them. That means I'll eat less of them.

I need to get another bag of them when I go to the grocery store tonight. These are going to be amazing for my diet.

(Also, I think pre-yoga dinner is going to be oatmeal with some frozen berries thrown in. Tasty, filling, fat burning!)
