FS Fam - today marks 1 week of me being “back”. I’m down 5 lbs and feeling really good. Honestly I haven’t had a “perfect” diet this week, but maybe striving for perfection is what’s kept me from following though in the past.

My daily commitments - keep below my calories, exercise every day, and drink plenty of water. I know this works, it just takes time.
