Aiming for a 1000kcal deficit every day this week and I'm very curious to see how my body reacts to it :)

good luck, it is challenging but not easy till your body get used to it. this is what i am doing. two ways to do it, either by reducing food or by exercising twice a day :):). you need to take vitamins.
