Oh how I did not want to post this weigh-in!!
Social situations are so tough! Last night friends invited me to a local pub - 2 beers, Chinese food, and a peanut butter cookie. I feel in control at home and when I’m alone, but I truly struggle when I’m out of my element.
Back on the wagon today!
