been discouraged the past week with the way the scale is going.. so yesterday i bought a new pair of pants, a size smaller than what i just started to wear, supposed to be my next “goal pants” but when i got home and tried them on, THEY FIT PERFECTLY! #NSV

Use a measuring tape and measure your body every two weeks ... you will be surprised at the success that is not always available for view on the scale. Then there are those life rewards ... like being able to walk a distance to a place that you could only view before.

THANK YOU EVERYONE ☺️ We really need to be reminded, because sometimes we obsess over and the scale thinking there’s no improvement but in fact, when we sit and really think about the things we are able to do now, the clothes we are able to wear now, the aches and pains we no longer feel, and many many more NSVs, we have come a long way from where we were when we started our journeys! WE GOT THIS!
