Kandungannya ga beda jauh sih kak sebenernya, cuma yg skim bener2 0 lemak. Rasanya sedikit lebih light dari yg lowfat, kalo amisnya menurutku lumayan kecium, cobain kak beli yg kecil dulu aja untuk coba

hi kak, your pic looks nice btw i ate some rice and lots of veggies today! but still the calories intake is just +-450cal. do you have any ideas what should i eat for a snack? maybe it’ll help to increase the calories intake thanks stay healthy

kak fara ; defisit calories doesnt mean you eat very little like 450 cal..it will make you sick...like stomacache or tifus etc. if you dont like to eat rice, you can eat more protein like chicken, fish. stay healty sister..

@the other fara: thank youu! Nama kita samaan btw haha. You literally can eat anything you like, it can be indonesian food western or even hokben. To achive your min daily calorie never skip breakfast and you may eat 2 main dishes a day and some low cal snacks. Let’s do it together!🙌🏻
