I took a month off the diet as I was on vacation but I'm happy that I still lost weight. Goal is 6kg off before Ramadan 🙏🏻🌙
96.2 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
