I was concerned about the ribs (half rack) at 99 restaurant yesterday, so did elliptical for 50 minutes last night; 2000 steps, around 40 rpm's, burning 394 calories. Had a light dinner with tea. Also walked with hubby early evening and did stretches after elliptical. Only 1/2 lb from 1st 30 lbs lost.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
