WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: it’s been 2 weeks now since my weight would just play between 170-169 lbs, have i hit a plateau or is my body just adjusting to me doing more strength training now than cardio which i started doing 2 weeks ago as well? 🤔 i’ll just keep going and hope for a drop in the weeks to come. because i may not be losing weight, but i am losing inches, as i have posted a few days ago, i went another pant size down. PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION 💪
