Kaget banget sih spaghetti 100gr aja 350kal😥 tapi proteinnya lumayan tinggi yaitu 13,33gr dibanding nasi yg cuma 2,66gr. Cocok buat yg sering bingung kalori hariannya belum cukup tapi udh kenyang duluan
