One Week Complete! I kept very close to my target daily calories. I went over a bit today, but I've set my target low enough that I should be ok. I've done a phenomenal job keep my carbs under control (diabetes). As a result my blood glucose has come way down, which is the most important thing for me overall. I am excited about Sunday's weigh in.
Really happy at this point. If I can keep it up for 2 more weeks, that should get me back in the groove
