Period due in 5 days. Usually gain 5-7lbs when premenstrual in water retention... so I figure I could be down 2 lbs if it wasn't this time of the month. Been burning an extra 1200 calories a week at the gym. REsearch and have learned to lose 2lbs/week I need to burn 7000 calories a week. My intake has been good at 1500-1600calories a day. New exercise goal starting tomorrow! FIngers crossed 2+ lbs /week!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

1-2 pounds is a great loss per week. So don't beat yourself up at the gym or if you don't make the 2 pound mark per week. Take it one day at a time and stay committed. You can do this. Good luck with your goal!
