This lean bulk isn’t going as planned. Gaining too much weight too fast but the only blessing is that I’m getting stronger with my compound lifts. Gotta keep on grinding 💪

Yeah I gave up. I can gain fat. I can gain muscle. But aparantly not one at a time 😂. I just eat and lift now. I put on a pound a month for a year or so.

Yeah. Hard to tell for me if I’m putting on any muscle but the fat gain is inevitable. Prolly gonna need to do a mini cut like what All Pain suggested
