So I did start the gym yesterday. Well, I'm on a 'trial' period. Tried a spinning class yesterday and will hit the water gymnastics in 40min. I liked the staff so far.

I used to. I haven't been running much anymore, since I came back to Brazil (weather and schedule are not helping). I did Insanity a few times, I love LOVE Shaun T. :D
I don't know HIIT. I tried to find it online when you mentioned it. Need to try again (I mean, to find where to download it for free) ;)

It's not a video or class... is a concept... I can translate it to u from my blog BUT u should find better texts in english... it consists of achieving maximum speed within a short limit time and resting afterwards... u cycle this for a number of times... it's VERY GOOD 4 ur metabolism... u should try... ;)
