Isn't it typical that the day AFTER weigh day, you're 2 pounds lighter? Works for me! It'll show up next week. Yesterday was a bad day. It started by a bad weigh in and just kept going down hill. I'm happy to start today all over again with a successful number on the scale, a long run completed, and a whole day to enjoy it!

I was asked to host 20-30 teenagers at my house this weekend for dinner. What do you feed 20-30 teenagers that isn't potato chips and cheese that they'll actually eat? I really need help on this one. I'm worried that if I cook anything that I shouldn't eat, I'll end up eating the left overs.

taco bar and sugar-free pudding in disposable cups for dessert

Big crock pot of sloppy joes, apple rings with peanut butter and mini chocolate chips on top and pumpkin custards (pie made with Truvia Blend and no crust - if you can find friends to loan you the extra custard cups). This is what I fed the last group of 25 college students who came to our house.

a couple big pans of lasagne. warm and gooey - what's not to love? big pot of chili (one with beans, one without beans) with bowls of fixings on the side so they can make it their own? taco bar or sloppy joes sounds good too!
