This is very therapeutic you know. I do measurements in addition to my weighins and this morning measurements of my waist was enlightening :) I lost 8 inches from my waist since February this year! If only my hips can experience the same lost but 5 inches from there is better than none. The enlightening moment came when my hubby said he felt my ribs poking him when we were in bed :0. I know TMI but I am still smiling as he was like Great Job Babe, but your bones are poking me! Oh the beginning signs of the former healthier BEBE is rearing its skinny head. And I'm loving every moment of it. Thank You JESUS!
