Week after surgery (Monday 4/18). I didn't eat well and couldn't exercise (obviously). Some of this gain is from that, but I'm also terrifically swollen still. That's not an excuse, because I know I gained, but it's something to keep in mind as the next few days are likely to be pretty heavy in the fluctuation department.
Today I can begin twenty minute walks, and I hope at the dr. appointment tomorrow he'll give the okay for me to resume weight training. I'm sure it's going to be a few weeks before I can return to my HIIT, but if I can get my heart-rate up and lift a little, at least I won't lose ground.

Congrats on smaller ta-ta's! I hope you are feeling better... is it weird to have different girls?

Very. But it feels great. I haven't had a backache, numb hands, shoulder pain, headache or rash since Sunday! It does make the rest of the weight I have to lose much more obvious, though. I guess that's great motivation to keep at it!
