I didn't do the elliptical last night and kept calories at 1200. Would like to start doing elliptical during the day. Rainy again today. "Edit": Rain quickly turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon. Did some shopping this afternoon and then hopped on the elliptical shortly after getting home. In 35 minutes (5 are a cool down) I burned 301 calories and 1611 steps. That's my all time record (to date) for 35 minutes.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
