So my body took a beating from this cold/flu-whatever-it-is. I don't seem to have the energy or control that I need to even do a 25 minute workout on the treadmill. :( Here are my stats for today: (they're HORRIBLE!)
Treadmill: Time: 16min. 28sec. Distance: 1 mile Speed: 3.6, 3.7, and 4mph (mostly 3.6mph. Last lap was 4mph) Incline: 5.5 Burned: Calories: 160 Fat Cal.: 50.1
Definitely NOT one of my best days. :( I'm disappointed in myself....but trying not to beat myself up too bad since I still haven't gotten over whatever it is I caught. I'll try again either tomorrow or Wednesday. Hoping I have more energy tomorrow. If not...then I'll push a LITTLE BIT MORE on Wednesday.
