I'm thinking about getting protein, I get it from eggs, cheese and nuts, plus fish and soy products Quite hard to reach the 100 protein without going over on the fat.
Daily targets: 70 fat, 100 protein, 100 carbs, 40 fibre, <2300 sodium, 1900 cal
I usually eat something like:
Fat: 79.37g, Protein: 72.61g, Carbs: 105.68g, 20 fibre, plus more sodium like >2500 cheese is high in sodium
How can I change this protein balance without resorting to meat? What low fat alternatives are there?
