So up and down with my weight it's unbelievable. Even though I do more cardio than ever as well as push ups sit ups and dumbells I have noticed no difference in appearance or clothe sizing. Think I need liposuction 😂
97.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
