I'm 142 calories over of what I was supposed to have, but it's not enough say guilty as charged. I've been doing really well, and I will say that I honestly realize that my food addiction is just habit. It takes 30 days to change a bad habit, right? I've Bern on this journey a little too long. I think it's about time that I put myself first for once and not give in to temptation even though it's everywhere I go
