Spike Analysis:
(April 18) Started Spike Diet @ 169.0 lbs == Body Fat% 10.3%
(April 23)Morning of Spike weekend weighed in @ 167.6
(April 25) Morning after Spike weekend weighed in @ 171.6
Weight today @ 167.8.. == Body Fat% 9.8%

I am already .2 lbs away from my original pre-spike weight w/3 full days before I spike again. Losing weight at an incredible rate while still maintaining full muscle throughout exercise. Appetite control has been amazing Monday, Tuesday, and so far today. Workout was great on Monday, not so great on tuesday (mostly because my workout buddy was late which messed up my flow)
If weight continues to drop like this I am going to up my daily caloric intake 300 calories per day & maintain exercise routine.

How do you calculate body fat? Do you have a scale that does it for you?

Every once in a while I have my gym do the BF% test with the calipers, and it seems every time they do that it is consistent with the hand held machine that checks for you. So in between my caliper testing I use the hand held machine. They are always within .2% of eachother for the last 6 months, so I don't mind using the less accurate one more often.

Congrats, your results look really good!! For awhile I was watching your results and a little turned off by the spike diet. Now it looks good, I think I will get the book and see more insight into it.

To tell ya the truth I was a little turned off as well, but the eating habits quickly settled in (alot faster than I thought). And the way things are going I will be able to enjoy 2 spike days. Which I am incredibly excited about. The thing is I am already eating more than I should on the diet, but still losing weight hardcore. Probably just that initial jolt to the body, but I do enjoy!

hey congrats man! I'm a bit confused though. Did you start this spike diet beginning of the year??? I thought you just started this recently? Regardless, progress is there!
